The Backbone of Modern Life, Built in Hazleton: Data centers power your daily life—from FaceTime calls with family to telehealth visits and secure online banking.
Why Hazleton? We chose Hazle Township for its strategic location and highly skilled workforce. We aren’t just building a facility; we are investing in this community's future by partnering with local talent and businesses.
Who is NorthPoint? We are a developer with a long and successful history of partnering with communities across the country, including over a dozen projects right here in Northeastern PA. We measure our success by how we protect community resources, create local opportunities, and build lasting trust.

Water Conservation: We will use zero local drinking water for cooling and will not tap into local wells.
Land Protection: For every 1 acre cleared, we conserve 2 acres. Nearly 700 acres will remain completely undisturbed open space.
A Quiet Neighbor: Sound at the property line will be no louder than a quiet library. All lighting is "dark sky compliant" (shielded and pointed down).
Clean Air: Powered by the electrical grid. Emergency generators use ultra-clean (Tier 4) technology, drastically outperforming federal emissions standards.
High-Paying Careers: 1,300+ construction jobs and 950+ permanent roles (salaries ranging from $50K–$158K). We are partnering with local colleges to train Hazleton residents first.
Infrastructure Upgrades: We are privately funding major improvements to local roads and the regional sewer system, benefiting all residents.
Community Funding: The project will generate millions in new tax revenue directly supporting local schools and first responders, without burdening municipal services.
